I am an obstacle racer and Crossfit competitive athlete. I compete all over the country in Obstacle Racing and I am ranked top 50 in Spartan elite males. I'm a Spartan Race Ambassador and I represent Fitvine Wine as well. I compete to prove to myself that there is never an obstacle that cannot be overcome, to prove to others that quitting is never an option, to show that anything is possible no matter who you are.
Nina Yau is a certified yoga instructor by the Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 200), a Yin and Yang Yoga Registered Teacher (YYYRT 300) by The Yin Yoga Institute, a certified Stand-Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga instructor, and a certified 1st Degree Black Belt (Sho-Dan) by the American Shotokan Karate Federation and Illinois Shotokan Karatedo Association. Nina believes that each of us is filled with unlimited potential and that nothing is lacking, for everything we should ever need or want, we already have within us and around us.

Madeline Dolente is a international fitness guru located in Washington, DC. She is certified in 83 disciplines, a Reebok Ambassador, and has brought numerous fitness programs to the market. In addition to being a Spartan coach, she is an Elite Spartan Racer. She has run 22 marathons in addition to placing in numerous adventure, trail and duathlon races. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition consultant, general health and fitness lover and advocate. I enjoy bodybuilding weight lifting, and I've also ran many road and trail races ranging from 5k to marathon distances. I train individuals based on their goals whether it be to be a short or long distance runner, or powerlifting and anything in between. I also advise clients on nutritional needs, and how to cook and prepare meals with their goals in mind. My other hobbies include traveling and camping in my RV with my husband and 2 rescue dogs.
