She is a certified 200-RYT Yoga Instructor and is also certified to teach Tabata Bootcamp, Spinning & Schwinn Cycling Classes. My name is Stacey Hernandez, growing up I always enjoyed sports and running. After having 3 children, I never thought I can workout like I used to. I can now say as a wife and mom of 3, I am in the best shape and stronger then I have ever been before. I started doing competitive Spartan races with my husband. This past year I took 9 podium finishes and was invited to compete in the Spartan North American Championship in West Virginia where I took a 2nd place. I ended my season as a Spartan 2nd place Age Group Mountain Series Champion.

I am a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, group fitness instructor and spin instructor. I teach cardio boxing, HIIT, Bootcamp, SkillRow, Strength & Core, and Strength & Row Classes. I have two awesome daughters who have acquired my love for fitness and running. I help coach our town's recreation track and cross-country programs. One of my goals in life is to motivate as many people as I can, to lead healthier lifestyles by becoming or staying active. I try to lead by example and be a positive role model for my girls and everyone around me. I love to run, I have completed 5 marathons as well as ultra-endurance events including World's Toughest Mudder 3 times achieving 50 miles. I have been competing in OCR's since 2012 with 11 podium finishes. My motto is "You can do anything you set your mind to.”
