How does this subscription program work?
Your first order will include a device and three total filters. You will then be automatically added to our filter auto-delivery program which you can choose to receive shipments every 2 or 4 months, depending on your needs.
With the starter pack, you save 5% off the actual price and receive free shipping. You'll automatically join our 2-pack water filter replacement subscription at $34.99 - the free shipping saves you $9 on each reorder.
How many filters are included in my subscription?
There are 3 filters in the starter pack – one that is already inserted into the pitcher and a 2-pack for replacement filters. The subscription itself is for 2-pack replacement packs.
Can I cancel my subscription?
This subscription can be canceled any time after the second order in the customer portal.
How does the Zerowater 5-stage filtration work?
The ZeroWater® Ion Exchange Filter consist of 5 stages that combine multiple technologies to remove 99.6% of organic and inorganic sediments and contaminants in the water.
How long will the filter last?
Filter life depends on your household water consumption and the amount of TDS (total dissolved solids) in your tap water (water chemistry varies by source and how it’s treated locally by your town or municipality). Please refer to the tds chart to determine how many gallons you will get per filter.

When do I have to change my filter?
It is important that you periodically test your filtered water with your TDS meter and when the meter reads 006 or higher the filter should be replaced. It is strongly recommended that the reading not go past that point. Unlike conventional filters, you many notice a difference in taste or smell when the ZeroWater® filter has reached end of life. We highly recommend you change your filter at this point.
