5-Stage Filtration In Action
5-Stage Ion Exchange Filtration
Our premium 5-stage Ion Exchange filtration removes more dissolved solids than ANY other pour-through filter. By removing 99.6% of All TDS, it leaves nothing behind but the purest tasting water.
Water passing through the filter moves through five distinct sections that remove the visible solids, inorganic compounds, and contaminants that lurk in our tap water.

Each water Filter is rated for 20 gallons, but filter duration is dependent on how much TDS needs to be filtered from your tap water. If your water has a high level of TDS, filters lifespan may not be as long.
After 5-stage filters by ZeroWater® filters have been exhausted and have not been changed, the water produced from the filter may have a distinct smell or taste and the TDS reading may be higher than your tap water. This is a result of the water passing over the exhausted Ion Exchange Resin beads. In order to avoid a change in the taste of the water it is important to test the water regularly and change the filter when the digital meter reads 006.
The contents inside the filter are rinsed with purified water before they are packed. Sometimes, this can cause condensation inside the bag/lid, which is harmless. Unlike other popular filters, our filters do not need to be soaked, flushed, or otherwise prepped prior to using.
To use the TDS meter, remove cap, turn the meter on so that 000 is displayed, and submerge the tip of the meter into the water. We recommend that you change filter when the meter reads 006 on filtered water.
