  • We ship to the Continental United States only.
  • Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or internationally.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Central Time) on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.
  • We guarantee a maximum processing time of 24 hours for all orders.

Shipping Carriers

  • All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or DHL, depending on your location and the most efficient delivery method available.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are shipped from our facility in Dallas, Texas.
  • Delivery times vary based on your geographic location within the Continental U.S.
  • Once shipped, the average delivery time is 3 business days.
