Filter Auto-Delivery Program

Chose the pack size and monthly frequency of delivery when you opt into the program. You may change your ship date, order frequency or skip an order at any time in the customer portal.

Depending on the pack size which you chose you could save 9-13% (up to $5 off).

We have filters subscriptions for our 2, 3 and 4 pack 5-stage replacement filters. You can choose the frequency when these are delivered to you either every 1, 2 or 4 months.

Out of filters already? You can login to your account at any time and update your frequency to receive your order at an earlier date. Follow the steps below to process your order at a different date.

- Log into your account

- Click on "Manage Subscription & Address" on the Order History page

- Go to the Subscriptions tab

- Click on the active subscription that you want to edit

- Click on next order date and change the date to tomorrow (if you would like them immediately)

Click on the Sign In/Register button on the top right of zerowater.com page. Next, type in your email address and password. If you don’t remember your password, click “Forgot?” and follow the steps here.

Have enough filters right now? No problem. To skip your next order, follow the below steps. You must skip your order before your order is being processed. You will receive an email reminder 3 days prior to your order being processed.

- Log into your account

- Click on "Manage Subscription & Address" on the Order History page

- Go to the Subscriptions tab

- Click on the active subscription that you want to edit

- Click on “Skip this order” at the bottom of the page

- Click on “Skip this order” again on the pop-up message to confirm

- Log into your account

- Click on "Manage Subscription & Address" on the Order History page

- Go to the Shipping Address tab

- Click on your current shipping address (this will have an associated shipping address)

- Click Edit shipping address and input your new information

- Click on “Update shipping address” to save your changes

This subscription can be canceled any time after the second order in the customer portal. Follow the steps below to cancel your order.

- Log into your account

- Click on "Manage Subscription & Address" on the Order History page

- Go to the Subscriptions tab

- Click on the active subscription that you want to edit

- Click on “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the page

- Click on “Cancel Subscription” again on the pop-up message to confirm

Starter Pack Program

Your first order will include a device and three total filters. You will then be automatically added to our filter auto-delivery program which you can choose to receive shipments every 2 or 4 months, depending on your needs.

The starter pack saves you 30-33% (depending on the starter pack) off your first purchase and then you will automatically be added to our filter auto-delivery subscription at $29.99 for a 9% savings off all subsequent orders of the 2-pack replacement filter subscription.

There are 3 filters in the starter pack – one that is already inserted into the pitcher and a 2-pack for replacement filters. The subscription itself is for 2-pack replacement packs.
