How does the filter subscription program work?

Choose the pack size and monthly frequency of delivery when you opt into the program. You may change your ship date, order frequency or skip an order at any time in the customer portal.

Are there different subscription plans?

We have 2, 3 and 4 pack 5-stage replacement water filters available for subscription. You can choose the frequency of delivery to fit your lifestyle and schedule.

How do I login to my subscription account?

Click on the Sign In/Register button on the top right of Culligan ZeroWater.com page. Next, type in your email address and password. If you don’t remember your password, click “Forgot?” and follow the steps here.

What do I do if I need filters before my next order date?

You can login to your account at any time and update your frequency to receive your order at an earlier date. Follow the steps below to process your order at a different date. 1; Log into your account. 2; Click on "Manage Subscription & Address" on the Order History page. 3; Go to the Subscriptions tab. 4; Click on the active subscription that you want to edit. 5; Click on next order date and change the date to tomorrow (if you would like them immediately)

Can I skip my upcoming order?

Have enough filters right now? No problem. To skip your next order, follow the below steps. You must skip your order before your order is being processed. You will receive an email reminder 3 days prior to your order being processed. 1; Log into your account. 2; Click on "Manage Subscription & Address" on the Order History page. 3; Go to the Subscriptions tab. 4; Click on the active subscription that you want to edit. 5; Click on “Skip this order” at the bottom of the page. 6; Click on “Skip this order” again on the pop-up message to confirm

How do I update my shipping address?

1; Log into your account. 2; Click on "Manage Subscription & Address" on the Order History page. 3; Go to the Shipping Address tab. 4; Click on your current shipping address (this will have an associated shipping address). 5; Click Edit shipping address and input your new information. 6; Click on “Update shipping address” to save your changes

Can I cancel my subscription?

Follow the steps below to cancel your order. 1; Log into your account. 2; Click on "Manage Subscription & Address" on the Order History page. 3; Go to the Subscriptions tab. 4; Click on the active subscription that you want to edit. 5; Click on “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the page. 6; Click on “Cancel Subscription” again on the pop-up message to confirm
